The terms of this guarantee apply only to purchases made directly through Design-Solutions.org and their Paypal merchant account, or to Purchase orders sent directly to Design Solutions, PO Box 291 Southington, Connecticut 06489. Items purchased through various resellers are subject to separate terms and conditions.
If you are not completely satisfied with any of the T3 series products you may return items in sellable condition within 30 days of your receipt. Date of receipt will be determined by the date of delivery marked on the delivery receipt provided by our world class shipping/mailing services.
Please contact Design Solutions prior to returning any product with a brief explanation of why return was made. Once received, Design-Solutions will return 100% of the price of the product returned minus any shipping fees.
